Postpartum Support

Day Shift
Are they shifts as a newborn care specialist and postpartum Doula's are a minimum of four hours long. This gives us time to support you with important facets of your recovery and bonding. With your baby.

Night Shift
​As the parents, you are in control of your nighttime routine. Whether you are breast or bottlefeeding, or a combination of both, I am there to support you. I can bring your baby to you to nurse and then take them back to their space for burping, changing and soothing. All while you stay put to rest and recovery. Or, we can feed and soothe your baby while you get that additional sleep, you need to heal.

PRENATAL VISIT​

A one time 60 min. Prenatal vist is done at 30wks. This in-office or home visit will allow us to get to know each other, talk about what fears you may have and the things you want to happen during and after labor. We will also discuss the different phases of labor and what you can expect once you are in active labor.

LABOR SUPPORT

We offer 12hrs of in-person labor support. Once at the birthing place Doula will provide emotional support,
physical support, mental support and informational support depending on
birthers needs.

​POSTPARTUM VISIT

The postpartum follow-up visit is scheduled shortly after you return home from the hospital or in the case of a nome birth. a re cars arte the baby is born. This is an opportunity to check in and see if you need additional
support or resources.
