Fertility massage focuses on improving circulation to the abdomen and surrounding areas and decreasing stress throughout the body. This type of therapy is noninvasive and is done through a series of gentle treatments using as many as three to four different techniques per session. Receiving massage during fertility treatments has been seen to have a positive impact on a woman’s chance of conceiving. What a gift?
For the first 15min New Patient and Therapist will discuss any health history and patient concerns as well as set up a treatment plan. The remaining time will be left for hands on therapy. Unlike other massages which avoid the abdomen, the main focus of this massage is the Abdomen, we suggest that a sports bra be worn during this treatment but is not required.

Prenatal Massage-this massage focuses on the needs of mother-to-be during pregnancy. At Relaxing Point our therapist is certified and experienced in relieving pain associated with pregnancy. Using special BODY SUPPORT cushions you can lie on your stomach to enjoy your massage. Talk to your therapist about pressure, it can range from a lighter, soothing massage to a deeper, therapeutic massage.
Stimulation Massage-At 39 weeks of pregnancy, Relaxing Point Massage offers a 75min massage that MAY help induce labor. RPM utilizes massage, acupressure , reflexology and specific essential oils that can help get your body ready for birth and encourage your baby to join the world. We can’t guarantee this, but either way, you will feel a lot better after treatment. This treatment is recommended daily and may require a doctor's note.
Postpartum Massage-Giving birth is miraculous but it does put your body through a lot of stress. Starting within 5 days, come in and let us treat you to a soothing postpartum massage. You will leave feeling emotionally and physically better and rested. We will continue to use body support cushions to make the massage comfortable, and we are conscious of the things that come along with new motherhood (leaking breasts, swelling, etc.) If you have an infant 16weeks or younger, talk to your therapist about our mommy and me day’s.
