This system allows expecting mama's to lie face down during any phase of her pregnancy. When in this position, your chest is elevated, you are supported on the shoulders, sternum, ribs, and hip bones. There is no pressure on the breasts, abdomen, bladder, or belly.

Pre-Natal Massage focuses on the many common discomforts the body goes through during pregnancy. Treatments are custom designed to meet the needs of each patient during each phase of her pregnancy. Although massage during any stage of pregnancy can be beneficial we ask that those diagnosed as “high risk” wait until they are 12-13 weeks along and consult a physician before scheduling treatment.
